f. Some offer cannot be clubbed with other offers i.e. you cannot apply a non combinable coupon with any other offer. The non combinable coupon can be applied only individually to a billing.

Cancellation / Returns / Refund related Queries

a. If the merchandise is “out of stock” when you are trying to add it to your shopping cart, you will be informed immediately and the merchandise won’t get added to the shopping cart. You can add such merchandise to your wish list & press the button” tell me when in stock”, by doing so you will get an email from us when the merchandise is available.

b. However, if the merchandise goes out of stock after it has been added to your shopping cart but before check out is completed, you will be informed at the time of check out. You would then need to remove it from your cart before proceeding to check out.

c. If a merchandise goes out of stock after you have placed your order and received an order-confirmation, then we will put forward our best attempt to fulfill the order by sourcing the selected merchandise. In the event that we are unable to source it for you, or if it is likely to take longer than 9 days to ship, we will inform you about the delay and cancel the merchandise, and reverse any charges made to your credit / debit card against that merchandise.

You may return merchandise to us in the following ways:
  1. Most merchandise are returnable in our stores; to check which merchandise cannot be returned in our stores please call our customer care on 7470709581. You may visit any Student Bazaar store in India, and return the merchandise in unused, saleable condition, along with the original sale invoice,
  2. You may call Studentbazaar.com customer support care on 7470709581, and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ exchange / refund may not be possible. In some cases you will have to courier us the merchandise.

a) Yes, this is possible, you will need to call our Customer Service Representative and register your request. You would be provided a Return request ticket number, which you will need to use in your future correspondence. After we receive your request, we would get in touch with you and explain the process of returning the merchandise through courier. For details, please refer to our returns policy.

If you return any merchandise purchased on Studentbazaar.com at any Student Bazaar store, you shall be issued a Student Bazaar credit note against receipt of the merchandise, which may be redeemed against any purchases of an equivalent amount from any Student Bazaar store within 6 months.

Please note that the original Student Bazaar credit note must be produced while redeeming against any purchases. We shall not be responsible in the event the original credit note is misplaced or destroyed. We do not issue duplicate credit notes.

The Student Bazaar credit note can only be used to pay for purchases at Student Bazaar stores, and cannot be redeemed against purchases made on Studentbazaar.com.

The issue of the Student Bazaar credit note, to the person returning the merchandise, against the returned merchandise shall be sufficient discharge to Student Bazaar for the return of the merchandise, regardless of whether the payment for the original purchase was made by a credit/ debit card or through any other means.

If a merchandise has a manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee associated with it, it would be mentioned along with the other merchandise details.

No we are sorry, but as of now we do not deliver out of India.

a) Expected time taken to dispatch the shipment is given against each merchandise on the respective merchandise details page. Typically all Indore deliveries are completed within 3 days post shipment and outside Indore deliveries are completed within 7 working days post shipment. Once we receive your order we make all attempts to deliver within the committed time, however, it might take longer than expected in some far to reach areas, due to poor logistics connectivity.

a) Our shipping company will leave a message and attempt again. We urge you to plan and coordinate the purchase in a manner that someone is available to accept the shipment at the provided delivery address.

a) We always strive to ship your entire order at the earliest. In some cases, however, some merchandise may not be ready to ship immediately, and so we may ship a partial order of the merchandise which are ready to ship.
